All the answers are there, but all of the answers cannot just be found by tending to the spirit and the soul. THE BODY needs to be an intricate part of our faith journey and Christian study of the Word. God wants to heal the whole you. No longer should we come to church with the same mindset that church is just for the spirit or just for the soul. We must come to church seeking to renew the WHOLE YOU!! Spirit, Soul and BODY!
